Vote "No 2 Arena" Builds Momentum; Issues 3 Point Stance

Three reasons the group, "No 2 Arena" want you to vote down a new arena on May 11th. Reason #1: Residents of Lincoln will be taking on more than a $25 million bond. -- moving ahead with a massive $344 million dollar project. Also the group wants you to know the University of Nebraska isn't putting up ANY money, taking no financial risk, even though it agrees to join the city in a joint public agency to issue arena debt. Reason #2: Cleaning up the contaminated site will cost more than the city estimated $7 and a 1/2 million dollars. And reason #3: The group believes the arena will not create all of the good long-term jobs anticipated.
