Daytime Burglary Suspects: (Left to Right) Angela Tierney, Matthew Lyons and Tanya Carlmark -- Arrested Monday Evening
Three people are in jail for their involvement in some daytime home burglaries in Lincoln. Police Officer Katie Flood tells KFOR News they've recovered some of the items taken and need to make room for more. "Items recovered thus far include numerous bottles of perfume, clothing, televisions and DVD's -- at one point during the recovery our storage facility got too full," says officer Katie Flood. She adds that 27-year-old Matthew Lyons, 28-year-old Angela Tierney and 25-year-old Tanya (ton-ya) Carlmark were arrested after search warrants were served last night (Monday). Lyons was developed as a suspect, after his red SUV was seen by witnesses leaving one of the home burglaries. Lyons is in jail for burglary while the two women are in for aiding and abetting. As a side note, Chief Tom Casady says home burglaries are down 38% compared to the same time a year ago
