A 37-year-old Walthill woman has been accused of putting her 14-year-old behind the wheel because she was too drunk to drive. Like something you'd see in a sit com, Victoria Valentino is arrested after Washington County Sheriff's deputies stopped her car on U.S. Highway 75 near Blair because of erratic driving. Turns out Valentino's 14-year-old son was driving and there were two other minors - ages 14 and 17 - in the car. She's charged with three counts of child neglect and one count of allowing a minor to drive. The children were turned over to an uncle while Valentino sobers up in the Washington County jail on $1,000 bond.
