Catholic Social Services of Southern Nebraska: 2241 O St., Lincoln, NE 68510- Accepting checks made out to Catholic Social Services of Southern Nebraska, write Haiti Earthquake Victims in the memo.

The Salvation Army: You can log onto their website: www.salvationarmy.org or send a check made to: The Salvation Army and write "Haiti Earthquake" in the memo line. Checks can be mailed to: The Salvation Army, 2625 Potter St., Lincoln, NE 68503.

The American Red Cross: Send checks to The American Red Cross, P.O. Box 83267, Lincoln, NE 6850, or made by phone at 1-800-REDCROSS or 1-800-257-7575 (Spanish) or online at www.redcross.org. Or use your cell phone to send $10 to the International Response Fund by texting "HAITI" to 90999. Your cell phone will be billed.

The American Red Cross has also launched a website to help locate missing persons in Haiti. That website is: www.icrc.org/familylinks
