Another charge has been filed against an Omaha pastor who previously worked in Lincoln and accused of sexually abusing four Iowans. Efrain Umana appeared in Douglas County court on a charge of sexual assault of a child authorities say occurred in February 2004. Umana had previously been accused of misconduct at two Lincoln churches and fired as a bus driver by the Lincoln school district.
