Fifth Grade Winners of Water Conservation Poster Contest Announced

(5-15-14) Mayor Beutler announced Thursday that two Lincoln fifth graders will have their artwork displayed on a StarTran busboard and on billboards throughout the city. Grace Akins of Morley Elementary is the winner of the annual water conservation poster contest. Braden Lackey of St. Teresa came in second place. The contest was sponsored by Mayor Beutler's Water Conservation Task Force. Mayor Beutler said the poster contest helps inform the community about drought and water conservation.
