National Child Welfare Associate Director Arrested for Exposing Himself to Children
Lincoln Police have arrested the associate director of the National Child Welfare Resource Center for Organizational Improvement after he allegedly exposed himself to four teenage girls. 68-year-old Steven Preister was arrested Monday night. He was in Lincoln for a child welfare conference with the Department of Heath and Human Services. According to police, Preister confronted 4 girls, aged 14 to 15, as they left a stairwell at a Lincoln hotel. They say he was intoxicated and wearing only a T-shirt. Preister allegedly told the girls they were being too loud.
