Neb. Dog Dials 911

When emergency dispatchers in Sarpy County picked up a recent call, all they heard on the other end was breathing and scratching.  Dispatchers figured out the noises were coming from a two pound Japanese Chin dog who dialed 911. Sarpy County 911 Assistant Director, Marilyn Gable, says it's the first time a dog has called the emergency center. The dog dialed on accident; there was no emergency.
