LINCOLN -- Quite a traffic stop early Monday morning near 27th and Pine Lake Road. Lincoln Police Officer Katie Flood says a car was pulled over for straddling the traffic lines. She says the driver, 23-year-old Cash Ryba, was found to have a revoked license and was driving without an interlock device. Flood says a search of the car found more than 26 grams of cocaine and ecstasy, 12 grams of meth, brass knuckles and a homemade explosive. That explosive has been turned over to fire inspectors. Flood says Ryba was arrested for several offenses, including possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and carrying a concealed weapon. Ryba has not yet been cited for the explosive.
