Flood Waters Head to Grand Island

GRAND ISLAND -- Colorado flood water is lower this morning along the South Platte, but water levels are beginning to rise on the Platte near Grand Island. Earl Imler with the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency doesn't expect additional issues as the water continues to move east. In Grand Island, Hall County Emergency Manager, Jon Rosenlund, says water is starting to rise, expecting a crest tomorrow with few problems.
