LINCOLN -- Family and friends welcomed home members of the Nebraska Army National Guard's Agribusiness Development Team #3 and 43rd Operational Support Airlift Detachment, following a nine to 12-month mission in Afghanistan. Governor Heineman was at the National Guard headquarters in Lincoln Thursday morning to greet the soldiers. The mission was to help farmers in Afghanistan redevelop their skills and infrastructure.
