LINCOLN -- It's 2 to 4 years in prison for a Lincoln woman who admitted to a hit-and-run fatality accident in March of last year. Kinley Queen was driving the van that struck and killed William Springer on Antelope Valley Parkway and Saunders Avenue, just north of the Devaney Sports Center. Queen turned herself in to Lincoln Police to days later. Now she's going to prison.
