Charlie Rogers' case has been delayed. Rogers will now face a March 14 sentencing date after a Lancaster County Court judge today (Thursday) issued the order for a delay. Rogers faces up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine after pleading no contest to faking an anti-gay hate crime. Rogers maintains her innocence, but her attorney has said she didn't want a court fight and more of the publicity that her case has generated.
