Two men from Mankato, Minnesota are in a Lincoln jail, following a traffic stop that led to the seizure of about 17 grams of marijuana, five marijuana cigarettes and more than $45,000 cash Friday night along Interstate 80 in west Lincoln. Lancaster County Sheriff Terry Wagner told KFOR News that an SUV was pulled over near the West "O" Street exit for swerving and an improper lane change. Wagner reported that 21-year-old James Moore and 20-year-old Medi Opiew were arrested for possession of money used to facilitate the delivery, manufacturing, distributing and dispensing a controlled substance. He said they believe Moore and Opiew were on their way to make a purchase.Pictured: James Moore, Medi Opiew
