Two Lincoln businesses were the recent targets of burglars. The latest happened just before 1 o'clock this morning (Tuesday) at the Shell Food Mart at 27th and Fairfield. Lincoln Police Officer Katie Flood reported that a glass door on the west side of the store was broken for the burglar to get inside. About $200 worth of cigarettes and air fresheners were taken. Officer Flood said surveillance video from the store at the time of the burglary shows a white man about 6-foot, 180 pounds. Flood also said they're investigating a Monday morning burglary at F&D Auto Sales near 22nd and "Q" Streets. Someone pried open a door and took a computer tablet, computer and printer before getting into the garage and taking two large rolling tool boxes, along with a welder and battery chargers. A 1998 maroon Toyota Camry was also stolen. Total loss is at $7,800 and there are no suspects.
