The District 5 seat on the Lincoln School Board is up for grabs; incumbent Kevin Keller isn't seeking re-election. Lanny Boswell wants to fill that seat. The supervisor at Nebraska Book Company has served on a variety of school board advisory committees over the past 16 years, including serving as a member of the Superintendent's Strategic Planning Committee. Boswell says he would work to support student success by focusing on priorities identified in the district's strategic plan such as improving student learning, engaging the community on facilities and using technology to help students and staff.
