Police still do not know who killed a 25-year-old Lincoln man, leaving his body along the road on North 1st between Bluff and Waverly Roads. A newspaper carrier discovered the body of Tyler Schoenrock early Sunday morning. An autopsy determined Schoenrock was shot several times. Shell casings were found at the scene and investigators know that Schoenrock was shot and killed there. The Sheriff's Office is not releasing details of the homicide, including how many times Schoenrock was shot or where, so as to not jeopardize the investigation.
