Lincoln Police have issued an arrest warrant related to the November 15th robbery of a 63-year-old woman's purse in the parking lot of Von Maur at Southpointe Pavilions. Officer Katie Flood said a Crime Stoppers tip led them to 34-year-old Andrew Luster of York. Flood reported that a search warrant was served November 21st at Luster's home by Lincoln Police and the York County Sheriff's department. He was taken into custody and remains in the York County Jail. Flood said Luster is expected to be extradited back to Lincoln to face the robbery charge.
