Secretary Of State Looks Into Voting Complaints

Secretary of State John Gale is checking out a voting complaint filed by Nebraskans for Civic Reform. The group alleges that on Election Day, voters at 2 separate polling places in Omaha were asked for their voter identification numbers before they were given provisional ballots. It's the second complaint filed under Nebraska's Help America Vote Act implemented in 2002.
