A Ceresco man cited for suspicion of driving drunk may face more charges in the death of a Lincoln man. Early yesterday (Sunday) morning at the intersection of North 70th and Waverly Road, 37-year-old Damian Smith turned his speeding car in front of a Cadillac driven by 24-year-old Seth Coats, ejecting 3 of the 5 people in the Cadillac as it rolled into a ditch, hitting a telephone pole. Coats was killed in the accident; a passenger in Coats' car and 4 people in Smith's car were taken to hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.
