A former director of the Grand Island Community Foundation has been accused of stealing from it. 46-year-old Lisa Katzberg, of Doniphan, has been charged with felony theft. Foundation board chairwoman Lynn Cronk has said Katzberg resigned on June 15 and has repaid the foundation more than $27,000. She's scheduled to appear in court next week.
