Lincoln Housing Numbers Improve

Housing numbers are improving in Lincoln. Nicole Jensen with the Realtors Association told KFOR NEWS that 575 more homes have sold in Lincoln and Lancaster County in the first 9 months of the year compared to the same time a year ago. That's an increase of 22%. For the first time in at least 5 years, the median price is up, too. Jensen said it's up about $6,000 to $131,000. Jensen says it's because the housing supply is down and people have more purchasing power with interest rates so low.
