A Nebraska man is among16 new appointees to the United Soybean Board. U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said in a news release that the 16 represent a cross section of the soybean industry. The Nebraskan is Mark Caspers. He was nominated by the state soybean board and will serve a three-year term, beginning in December.
