Homicide detectives have joined arson investigators at the scene of an Omaha blaze where firefighters found a body. The body was pulled from a detached garage that caught fire around 2:30 Thursday morning in a neighborhood southwest of downtown. Police found the body after the fire was put out. It was burned beyond recognition.
