There was quite a commotion last night (Tuesday) around 13th and G. Police Capt. Michon Morrow tells KFOR NEWS that a 39 year old Lincoln man stabbed himself in the neck with a box cutter. He ran off as officers pulled up, so an alley from 11th to 12th, G to H was blocked off. The man had surgery and will survive.
