Mayor Chris Beutler says the mandatory water restrictions may be lifted soon but are still in effect.  The mayor said on KFOR's Lincoln Live Tuesday that  Platte River flows are higher, and farmers upstream will finish irrigating in weeks.  For now though, even-numbered addresses can water outside only on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.  Odd-numbered addresses can water Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
