A 28-year-old pizza delivery driver will likely remember to shut off her car the next time she's working. Just before 10pm Monday, the victim was delivering food to a home in the 900 block of South 11th Street, when she left the car running and came back to find it missing. Her car was located just after midnight Tuesday, when an officer saw a man driving it eastbound near 13th and "O" without any headlights on. A traffic stop then led to the arrest of 40-year-old John Strickland, who was put in jail on suspicion of felony theft.
