What is being described as "horseplay", has gotten two 16 year old Southeast High students cited for assault and two 15 year old students referred to the County Attorney's Office. Southeast High Principal, Brent Toalson, has notified parents that 4 students were poking each other with small empty insulin pen needles used by other students for medical reasons. In a release to parents, Toalson said Wednesday's behavior during lunch was not bullying or harassment.
