Children playing with a lighter caused a deadly house fire over the weekend in Council Bluffs. Fire Chief, Alan Byers, says there were no working smoke detectors in the house. 4-year-old, Leland Johnson, died in Saturday's fire after being trapped in an upstairs bedroom. The boy's mother and two other children safely escaped.
