LINCOLN -- Lincoln Police are busy handling an arson investigation, after someone threw a milk jug into a car and caught on fire in the 26th and "S" neighborhood late Tuesday night. Sgt. Jeri Roeder says the victim and his roommate heard glass shatter outside around 11:30pm. Roeder says both men saw a white man throw a milk container inside full of gas, where it caught on fire. Damage is estimated at $2,000.
