LINCOLN -- Police have released surveillance photos of the man who robbed the Liberty First Credit Union near 27th and Kensington Drive in north Lincoln late Monday morning. The suspect has been described by investigators as a black male in his 20s to early 30s, about 6-3 to 6-4 in height with a medium build, Officer Katie Flood says a witness saw a gold SUV, similar to a Chevy Tahoe or Escalade, leaving the area at a high rate of speed, driven by a man fitting the description of the suspect. Flood also says the SUV had big, chrome wheels and a white license plate with blue, cursive lettering at the top....similar to an Illinois plate.
