Three In Custody Following Standoff and Burglaries

LINCOLN -- After surrendering to SWAT following a series of burglaries going back to Monday afternoon, a 28-year-old Lincoln man remains in jail.  Police Officer Katie Flood says Shane Glasgow was spotted by an officer late Monday near Goodhue and F Street, yelling at someone. He drove away quickly when the officer approached him. A brief police pursuit got the attention of other officers working a burglary an hour earlier in the 2900 block of Sumner Street. Glasgow was developed as a suspect. The investigation continued until another burglary was reported around 26th and South late Monday night. Police work led officers to an apartment building at 21st and "D" shortly after midnight Tuesday. When officers went to the door, Glasgow allegedly told them he had a gun. After a three hour standoff, Glasgow was taken into custody without incident. Glasgow surrendered and was jailed for two counts of burglary and fleeing to avoid arrest. Flood says 23 year old Natasha Quintana and 19 year old Nicole Bruton were in the apartment with Glasgow and were arrested for burglary.
