LINCOLN -- Lincoln Police have a man they believe is responsible for burglarizing Yia Yia's Pizza near 14th and "O" five separate times in the last two weeks. After getting surveillance video from the restaurant, investigators recognized 44-year-old Brian Diekmann and tracked him down Tuesday at a hotel near 27th and "O." He was arrested for five counts of burglary. It's not the first time Diekmann has been in trouble with police. Officer Katie Flood says Diekmann got off parole on June 13th, the same day as the first burglary at Yia Yia's.
