LINCOLN -- Police have recovered another gun that was stolen from the Lincoln Scheel's store in 2007. A police officer in California stopped 25 year old Juviencio Madriz-Garcia at a traffic stop early Monday morning. A black and silver .40-caliber handgun was found in the vehicle. Lincoln Police Sgt. Jeri Roeder says burglars broke into Scheels by throwing a rock through the window and stole 79 guns. Police have recovered 50 guns so far... most of them in California. Madriz-Garcia was arrested for possessing the gun.
