Colorado Fires Still Burning



FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- More than 37,000 acres and counting for the fire that is raging west of Fort Collins, Colorado. Smoke from that fire has lingered into central Nebraska. According to Todd Harding with Fort Collins radio station KUAD, the fire is beyond containment at this point. Lightning started the fire early Saturday morning. KUAD's Brian Gary also told KFOR News animals and people are evacuating. Around 18 buildings have been destroyed and more are expected to be. There are no reports of injuries or deaths. One firefighter suffered from heat exhaustion.
