LINCOLN -- A 34-year-old man is in jail after he allegedly got into the city's waste water treatment center late Wednesday at 2400 Theresa Street. Police Officer Katie Flood says employees noticed that a humidor of cigars was missing, then found one of the tanker trucks was not parked in the garage. Flood says employees later discovered the truck had been driven through a fence on the property and a pole had crashed through the windshield. Flood says Patrick Fisher went to jail for burglary, auto theft and criminal mischief.
