If you live in the Norris Public School District, you should get a ballot in the mail by the end of the week for the $14 million special bond election. Fill out the ballot and mail it or hand-deliver it back to the Lancaster County Election Commissioner's Office by the end of business March 13th. Bond money will be used for a new intermediate elementary facility and renovations to the high school building.
