Today (Thursday), Black Hills Energy will repair a ruptured gas line which was broken yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon by construction crews working on a bridge at 14th Street, south of Highway 2. That stretch of 14th street is a mess anyway with construction half way to Old Cheney Road. It took crews about 3 hours to pinch off the leaking line...traffic wasn't allowed to flow again until about 7.
