An Omaha woman has been given a year's probation in the drowning of a 4-year-old girl at a hotel swimming pool. Deshayla Neal pleaded no contest to misdemeanor child abuse last October. She had faced a manslaughter charge in the February 2010 death of Iyana Allen. Neal was the girl's caregiver.
