School starts today (Monday) at UN-L. There's new addition on campus this year, car sharing. ZIPCAR is here...a way for students to cut back and still be able to drive. ZIPCAR is a car sharing program. Apply online, pay a small annual fee of $25 and once you have a ZIPCARD, reserve a car online. Then take it just about anywhere. In addition to the annual fee, you pay hourly to keep the car. Officials say the cost is between $7 and $9 an hour. You don't have to pay for gas, maintenance or insurance.. It's all included.
