You can go to prison for putting tattoos on minors. 23-year-old, Jeffrey Collins of York has been sentenced to 2 years for inking two teenagers under 18. Collins was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and operating without a license. Collins was turned in by a grandparent of one of the two teens.
