ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) - Michigan posted an easy victory in its first game since moving to the top of The Associated Press men's basketball poll for the first time since 1992-93.Trey Burke scored 18 points and had eight assists as the Wolverines whipped Northwestern 68-46. Michigan hit 10 of its first 11 shots and didn't commit a first-half turnover.
The Wolverines won without forward Jordan Morgan, who sprained his right ankle last weekend.
