WAYNE -- The tornado that ripped through the northeastern town of Wayne Nebraska has been identified as an EF3. That is what the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency released yesterday - an EF3 has winds between 136 and 165 miles per hour.The agency says that 15 people were reported injured, and one of them critically. Millions of dollars worth of damage stretches across at least 10 homes and two dozen businesses. Mayor Ken Chamberlain says that rebuilding will take time. Gov. Dave Heineman will fly to Wayne today to survey the damage.
