Texas Farmer Battling TransCanada

Nebraskans aren't the only ones fighting TransCanada's Keystone XL oil pipeline. A farm owner in Texas is challenging a county judge's decision that TransCanada can use eminent domain to take over a portion of her family's farm for the oil pipeline. While it awaits a U.S. State Department decision on that project, it plans to construct a section of pipeline from Oklahoma to the Gulf.
