LINCOLN -- Reportedly, Nebraska women's basketball recruit Jess Shepard will transfer from Lincoln Southeast to Fremont High School where her father, Lincoln Public Schools administrator Mark Shepard, will become Superintendent of schools. Mark Shepard has confirmed that Jess will play her final two years of high school ball in Fremont. The Tigers had an 8-16 record in girls basketball this past season.
