Just before midnight Monday, 3 teenage boys allegedly stole a cell phone and wallet from a person in the 20th and Prospect neighborhood. Sgt. Tarrence Vernon told KFOR NEWS that one suspect is described as a 13-14 year old white male with brown hair and blue eyes, wearing a light blue shirt. The second suspect is described as a 15-16 year old black male, 5-9, 220 pounds, wearing a black coat with red trim and a black shirt. The third suspect is also described as a 5-9, 15-16 year old male.
