One Teen Dead, One Wounded In Omaha Shooting

Omaha police are investigating a weekend shooting that killed a 16-year-old boy and injured a 16-year-old girl. Police Officer Michael Pecha says the shooting happened in northeast Omaha shortly before 2:30 a.m. on Sunday. When officers arrived at the scene of the shooting, they found two people wounded. Pecha says Montrell Wiseman died at the scene of the shooting. Desjuha Wilkinson was taken to Creighton University Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
