Omaha Man's Ricocheted Bullets Injure Teens



(7-8-14) An Omaha man found out that shooting at stop signs can get him in big trouble. 21-year-old Davonte Hill says he was shooting at a stop sign when the bullets accidentally wounded two teenagers. One 16-year old is recovering from a foot injury and another is recovering from a thigh wound. Authorities say Hill shot the stop sign, but the bullets ricocheted and hit the teens as they were walking nearby. Hill faces two counts of felony assault and two counts of use of a weapon to commit a felony.
