Hurricane sandy is wreaking havoc in the northeast, but it's also proving just how connected we are across the country. The Nebraska Public Power District is the latest agency in this area to send help. N-P-P-D will send 16 technicians to West Virginia to help rebuild power lines brought down by the high winds and wet snow. Technicians from N-P-P-D facilities all over the state will make up the team, which will be in the storm area at least a week.
