Scrap metal thieves have struck again. Lancaster County Sheriff Terry Wagner reported that someone tried getting into an outbuilding at a farm near 54th and Princeton Road sometime between late Saturday afternoon and late Monday morning. Instead, some scrap metal outside of the building was taken. The Sheriff's office is also investigating a theft of some auto parts from an old car lot in Emerald over the weekend. Sheriff Wagner said 60 radiators, 12 catalytic converters and six condensers were stolen from the 8100 block of West "O" Street. There are no suspects in either case.
